Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. If you wish to change the quantities in your cart then click 'View Cart', change the quantity and click 'Update' prior to check out.
We accept credit & debit cards in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Online Payment
The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and our top priority. For this reason online Payments can be made with the following methods:
Paypal
They are renowned for their great reputation and is the main form of payment transactions used on Ebay. With Paypal you can either pay by using you Paypal account or by a credit / debit card. Paypal accepts the following cards: - Master card, Maestro, Visa, American Express, Delta and Electron. For additional security if Paypal recognises your credit card or email address it will ask for your Paypal user name and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask Paypal to resend it to you; alternatively, you can use an email address and or a credit card which is not already attached to a Paypal account.
Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to their site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches Paypal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Their servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorised computers.
Security of your payment information
Your payment information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Every transaction is entirely safe, secure and confidential.
If you pay using your credit card, the payment will be processed through our PayPal merchant account. We also use PayPal Reference Transactions to additionally charge your credit card for any extra upsell offers you decide to purchase or changes after your main order has completed.
PayPal reference transactions can be deactivated/cancelled by logging into the Payment Settings of your PayPal account. Stored cards can deleted from the “My Credit Cards” section of your online account with us.
During the purchase process, we encrypt all data passed between your computer and our order system at 256-bits.
We do not permanently store credit card details on our server, nor do we share customer details with any third party.
These measures will keep your payment information completely private and safe, so buy with confidence!

If you wish to purchase your goods over the telephone - please telephone +44 (0) 1492 541300 and our expert team can give you advice as well as process the order for you. Opening hours are from Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm.
Cheques & Postal Orders
We accept both cheques and postal orders. Please could you make them payable to "The Knight Shop" and send them to the address found below. We will confirm receipt of them via email or telephone. If in stock, goods will be dispatched the same day with Postal Orders and within 5-7 working days for cheques, or alternatively when they have cleared.

Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. We try to make sure that prices on our web site are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Delivery Schedule
If in stock, we aim to dispatch your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-10 business days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed giving you details of the anticipated delivery date.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK, VAT will be charged at the current UK rate of 20%.

Your Rights
You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing sales@theknightshop.com or by writing to us at our customer services address below. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations. You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to The Knight Shop.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam).
The sole purpose of the site is to enable people to make purchases of products from The Knight Shop International Ltd over the internet. Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws.
