Easy Returns

 

Here at The Knight Shop we endeavour to make returns as easy as possible for you. The Knight Shop carefully selects every product looking at both quality and value for money with the sole intention of making our customers feel happy with their purchase. However, we fully understand that every so often a customer may have to return or exchange an item purchased from ourselves.

 

Procedures For Returning Goods

  1. Please call customer services within 7 days of receiving your order on +44(0)1492 541300 and inform us that you wish to return the goods or alternatively email us at sales@theknightshop.com
  2. At this point you can mail the item back to us (please use a signed for service for your own protection) or we can arrange for our courier to come and collect the items on a convenient day for you (charges apply for this service).
  3. Please download and print The Knight Shop Returns Form

  5. Please fill in the form and place it in the returned item's box. 
  6. Please send the items back to us in an unused condition. It should be in its original packaging and in a saleable condition for us. 
  7. If we send a our courier to collect the goods they will already have a pre-printed sticker with our details on. They will put this on the box for you, so please do not worry about putting our name and address on the outside of the box.
  8. Our warehouse staff will receive and process the returned items and you will receive your refund within 14 days. 
  9. If an item is returned unwanted/unsuitable, which brings the value of your order below an offer threshold or the threshold for free delivery your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the offer is no longer valid
  10. If you do not inform us of cancelation within 14 days of receiving your order we are unable to process your refund.
  11. After informing us of cancellation you have 14 days to return your item to us. We are unable to process refunds for returns that arrive to us after this period

 

Returns Policy

 

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Please inform us within 7 days of you receiving your order.

If you have ordered the wrong product or had a change of heart, we ask is that the items are returned in an unused, unassembled condition and in their original packaging.

There will be no charge for returns if the goods are deemed faulty.

Please take reasonable care of the items whilst they are in your possession and any repackaging of items must also be done with due care and attention.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

If an item is returned unwanted/unsuitable, which brings the value of your order below an offer threshold or the threshold for free delivery your refund will be adjusted to reflect the fact that the offer is no longer valid.

 

The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -


(1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty


(2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty


(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you - this includes our sharpening service


(4) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier


(5) If you have not informed us that you wish to return your product(s) within 14 days of delivery.

 

Store Sales

Please note that all products that are purchased in person from our shop or showroom are not covered by the Distance Selling Act and are considered final.
