Back Orders

What is a Back Order?

Our site features `Real-Time` stock so that you know whether an item is in stock or not before placing an order.

Some items have to be ordered in from suppliers in the UK, Europe or further afield. Although we have the means to monitor our own stock levels we are unable to monitor our suppliers as well.

This will sometimes result in people placing orders for items that are out of stock with our suppliers. If this is the case we aim to contact you within 24hrs with details of an anticipated delivery date.

At this point the item is placed on “Back Order”.

If you have placed an order for multiple items and one of those items is on Back Order, your order will usually be dispatched when the Back Ordered item comes into stock.

In some circumstances we may dispatch the In Stock items and send the Back Ordered item separately. We will inform you if this is the case. 

You also have the option to pay extra postage costs to enable us to split the order. Please contact our Sales Team for details.
