15th Century Arm Armour - 16 gauge

During the 15^th century, arm armour evolved from reinforced leather armour into contoured plate armour that fully enclosed the arms and elbows. This offered much better protection at the cost of a little less mobility. Our 15^th century arm armour is crafted from 16 gauge steel making it great for re-enactment and is fastened by buckled leather straps. 

Steel thickness may vary due to the handcrafted methods used in its manufacturing. This item has a satin finish so its surface will be slightly reflective as many original armour models.
