Our Hema Padded Skirt NG 800N is made of 800N puncture resistance fabric. It is a type of tasset for HEMA for those who want to eliminate the risk of bruises and abrasions on hips, thighs, and underbelly. It fits both men and women.
Our HEMA tasset has 4 pockets for extra protection which gives users an option of customising the level of protection. This HEMA gear is fastened at the midsection with a belt and buckle. It is easily adjustable and thus perfect for any body shape.
Our Padded Skirt does not hinder the movement and ensures maximum level of protection during HEMA training. The middle part protecting crotch area is much longer in comparison with the VG model. This makes this new HEMA tasset even more responsive to the needs of users. The adjustable strap makes this product appropriate for users of various sizes.
Depending on a knight's needs, tassets were generally made of canvas, leather, or in the case of knights, steel. During the medieval period, it was included as part of a knight's plate armour, protecting the lower areas of hips and crotch against hits. Some Knights and soldiers wore chainmail skirts of similar properties and wide fabric, quilted belts worn together with gambesons.

Our main courier is Parcel Force (Within the UK) and GLS within Europe. Shipping is calculated by the volumetric weight of the product(s) ordered. The volumetric weight calculates how much room your order will take up in the courier’s plane/van and a price is worked out accordingly.
